Novato’s Birthday Party is produced annually by Paint the Town Red, Inc. (PTTR), a 501c7 tax-exempt organization, EIN #30-0449219.

PTTR is administered by a volunteer Board of Directors to fulfill its civic mission of planning and executing Novato’s Birthday Party and selecting the Citizen of the Year.
