Novato’s Birthday Party is produced annually by Paint the Town Red, Inc. (PTTR), a 501c7 tax-exempt organization, EIN #30-0449219.

PTTR Inc., a nonprofit corporation, is governed by an all volunteer Board of Directors to fulfill its civic mission of planning and producing Novato’s Birthday Party and announcing and honoring the Citizen of the Year selected by the Citizen of the Year Committee.
